Return Form
30-Day Return Policy
You can return exactly one DoorGuard from your first order within 30 days of shipment – regardless of how many you ordered. It's important that you fill out the return form on our website within this time. You will then receive a prepaid return label from us.
Once the DoorGuard arrives with us, we will refund the purchase price. If the device is damaged beyond normal use, the refund may be reduced accordingly. Please note: The shipping risk is borne by the customer.
Note: This return policy only applies to orders placed through our website – not to orders placed through Kickstarter.
Warranty & Defects
We only ship to addresses in Switzerland. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defects, please contact us as soon as possible. You should also report any hidden defects immediately upon discovery.
Within the two-year warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement for legitimate defects. Returns will be made according to our instructions, and we will cover the shipping costs.
